'fhe status reporr filed along with thc photographs reveals that a rcsidential school building was sancrioned with an esLimated cosr of Rs.105.00 lakhs; after construction was over, the same has also been handed over to the District Educational Officer, Khammam; and the school is also functional.
In view of the above, norhing survives in the present public Interest Litigation (PIL) and the same stands disposed of accordingly.
No costs.
