The present contempt cases have been filed alleging non_ compliance of the order dated 03. 10.20 i g passed by the Division Bench in the respective writ petitions.

The Division Bench, while passing the order dated 03.10.2018, has granted twelve (12) weeks time to implement the order and subsequently, interim order was passed in the review/ suspension petitions filed in the matter. In the light of the interim order, the order of the Division Bench dated 03.10.2018 has not been implemented.

Therefore, twelve ( 12) weeks time from today is granted to implement the order dated 03.1O.2Olg passed by the Division Bench.

With the aforesaid, the contempt cases stand disposed of.
