Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus to declaring the action of the respondents No.1 to 3 in not taking any action against the respondents 4 & 5 and all others, who are itlegally encroached the government land in survey No. 1995 and 1309 of Nirmal, Adilabad District, which is belonging to area hospital of Nirmal, and education institution consequently direct the respondents to vacate the premises and handover to the area hospital and P.G. Centre.

Thc p,:titioner before this Court, Global anci Iltrman Socio Protection C)rganization, has filed the present writ pe u Eon stat-ing that the unc,fficial respondents No.3 and 4 have cncr()ached the (iovernment lands in Survey Nos.1995 and i309 of Nirmal Town, Adilabad Di:;trict, and the lands in question have l:een allocated to Area Hospitril and PG Center.

A corrnter-affldavit has been filed by respondent No.3Mandal Rev:nue Officer, Nirmal, Adilabad District. It has been s@ted that the Government land in Survey Nos.l995 and 1309 is with dre Go'rernment only and there is a hundred-beddcd Hospital, a PG Collt ge, a Government Degree College, a^(lovernment Polltechnic College and a Government Junior Collegc for girls in the said lands.

It has also been stated that a survey was carried out by the Mandal Sun eyor on 74.03.2022 and as per the report submired in

An undertaking has also been given by respondent No.3 that in future also, they will protect the property of the State (lovernment.

In thc light of the aforesaid, no further orders could be passed in the present PIL and the same stands disposed of accordingly.
