The present writ appeal is a-rlslng out of an interlocutory order dated OB.12.2O2I passed by the learned Single Judge in I.A.No. I of 2021 in W.p.No.32g4S of 2021.

The interim order granted by the learned Single Judge is the subject matter of the present writ appeal and this Court has stayed the order passed by the learned Single Judge by an order d.ated,20.Ol.2022.

At the outset, learned counsel for the parties are fair enough in stating before this Court that instead of passing an interlocutory order, the learned Single Judge be requested to decide the dispute itself at arr early date.

In the light of the aforesaid, the writ appeat stands disposed of with a direction to the Registry to list W.P.No.3294S of 2021 before the learned Single Judge having roster on 25.04.2022, on which date the parties shail appear before the learned Single Judge. The learned
