Petition under Article 226 of the constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High court may be pleased to issue a writ or order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of wRlr oF IVANDAMUS declaring the action of the Respondents No.1 herein and their policemen in resorting to the police firing of tear gas on the osmania university campus since 27-1-2013 from 10-A.M. onwards and thereby causing serious injuries to the students as illegal, arbitrary, discriminatory against the law and violation of Article 14 and 21 of the constitution of lndia and further prayed that declare the action of the Respondent herein in arbitrarily arresting the Telangana Leaders and Agitators 'from 27 -1-2013 onwards and illegally detained them in various police Stations limits of Ranga Reddy and Hyderabad and it is also further prayed that this Hon'ble court may'be pleased to declare the police forces entering into -the osmania University campus and resorting to Lathicharge lrom 27-j-2013 onwards as illegal, arbitrary and violation of Fundamental Rights guarantee under the constitution and consequently direct the respondents to immediately stop the police firing tear gas on the osmania University campus and also punish the erring police officials who are participated and instructed to use the police firing of tear gas on the osmania University campus and award appropriate compensation to the victim students and others for the injuries by the respondents
