The present public interest litigation was filed in the year 2OL2 by the Telangana SC & ST parents Association of Hyderabad Public Schools stating that the respond.ent State is not releasing scholarship amount to the SC & ST students in time in respect of the acad.emic vear 2OlI_ 2012.

The academic year 2Oll-2O12 is alread5r over and therefore, no further orders are required to be passed in the present case. However, the State Government is directed to ensure distribution of scholarship amount in time to all etigibte students for the future academic vears, also.

The public interest litigation is accordingly disposed of. The miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. There sha-ll be no order as to costs.
