(ii) To declare GO.M.S.No: 241, Revenue ( DA-CMRF) Depa(ment, date: 11'10-2016 for deleting the Doultabad lt4andal and 26 existing villages therein from Narayaznpet Revenue Division of N,4ahabub Nagar District as illegal.
(iii) Declare the action of the respondent no.1 in issuing the Ordinance dt: 0810-20126 by adding Subsection (7) to Section 3 of The Telangana Districts (Formation )Act, 197a( Act. No. 7 of 1974) as arbitrary and illegal.
(iv) Direct the respondents no.1,2 & 4 to continue the Doultabad Mandal with it's 26 villages boundaries in Narayanpet Division of Mahabub Nagar District as same status as per the Preliminary Notification in G.O. Rt. No: 366 Revenue (DACMRF) Department, date: 22-08-20 1 6
