ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“ .. to issue any appropriate Writ, order or direction more particularly in the nature of Writ of Certiorari and call for the records on the file of the 1st respondent vide proceedings Ref.No.GM (K)/P.7/1859, dated 18-06-1999 and confirmed the orders of 1st respondent by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings Ref.No.P.10/4200/380, dated 18-3-2000 and quash the same as illegal and arbitrary, capricious, and contrary to law and contrary to the Judgments of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India and also violative of Articles 14,16 and 21 of the Constitution of India and pass such other order or orders as this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to deem fit and proper.”
It is represented by the counsel for both the parties that the matter has been settled before Lok Adalat and an award has been passed on 31-01-2013.
In view of passing of the award by the Lok Adalat Bench, Hyderabad, the Writ Petition is disposed of, in terms of the said award. No costs.
The miscellaneous petition filed in this Writ Petition shall also stands disposed of.
