2. Heard both the learned counsel.

3. It is submitted that the representation submitted by the petitioner

has been pending with the second respondent. In the circumstances, the second respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 24-4-2013 in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of at the

stage of admission. No costs.
