ORDER:
Learned Standing Counsel for the respondents submitted that the 2nd respondent passed orders in R.C.No.363/H.R/T.A/2012, dated 10-08-2012, rejecting the case of the petitioner. If at all the petitioner feels aggrieved by the same, he is at liberty to file a separate writ petition.
Subject to the observations made supra, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
