This writ petition is filed to issue a writ of mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents 1 to 4 in not considering the petitioner’s representation dated 02-4-2013 for absorption to the post of Junior Assistant [Aided] as illegal, improper and further to direct the respondents to absorb the petitioner and regularize the petitioner’s service and to pass such other suitable orders in the interest of justice.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned

Government Pleader for School Education.

3. In the circumstances, the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh

representation to the third respondent within a week from today and on receipt of such representation the respondent shall dispose of the representation in accordance with law within six weeks thereafter.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of at the

stage of admission. No costs.
