ORDER:
This Contempt Case is filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 28.02.2012 in W.P.No.5239 of 2012.
It is submitted that against the order dated 28.02.2012 in W.P.No.5239 of 2012, the respondents filed Writ Appeal No.1404 of 2012 and the matter has been remanded by order dated 15.11.2012.
In the above circumstances, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
Consequently, the Miscellaneous Applications filed in this Contempt Case shall also stand closed.
