Petition under Sections 437 and 439 of Cr. P.C. praying that in the circumstances stated in the grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to enlarge the petitioner/A4 on bail in connection with Crime No. 129 of 2013 of Pedakakani P.S., Guntur District.

The Petition coming on for hearing upon perusing the petition and grounds filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Kovvuri Krishna Kishore, Advocate for the Petitioner and of the Public Prosecutor for the Respondent, the Court made the following

ORDER:

“ The petitioner is A.4. He allegedly committed offences under Sections 399 and 398 IPC. The petitioner has been in jail since 28.04.2013. It is the case of the Learned Counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent of the offence alleged against him.

In any event, where the petitioner is 19 years old, I consider it appropriate to enlarge him on bail so that he shall be away from contact with other inmates in jail. On the same ground, this Court granted bail through orders in Crl.P.No.5081 of 2013 dated 06.06.2013. The petitioner stands on the same footing.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed. The petitioner is enlarged on bail on a personal bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties in a likesum to the satisfaction of the Learned VI Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Guntur. After his release, the petitioner shall appear before the Station House Officer, Pedakakani Police Station, Guntur Urban on every Monday, Wednesday and Friday between 9.00 A.M. and 5.00 P.M.”
