In view of the stand taken in the counter affidavit filed by respondent No.6, particularly in paragraph-3 thereof, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he wants to withdraw the Public Interest Litigation to initiate appropriate proceedings, as may be advised.
We, therefore, dismiss the Public Interest Litigation as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to take steps in accordance with law.
Consequently, P.I.L.M.P. No. 425 of 2012 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall also stand dismissed.
