Learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj and Rural Development appearing for respondents 1 and 2 submits that the contentions raised in the writ petition will be considered before the election process is finalized.
Accordingly, the copy of the writ petition shall be forwarded by the learned Counsel for the petitioner to the 2nd respondent who will consider the same in accordance with law and thereafter finalize the matter. This shall be done within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of a certified copy of this order.
