ORDER: (per Hon’ble the Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta )
After hearing the learned Counsel for the parties, we dispose of this petition directing respondent No.2 (District Collector, Ranga Reddy District, Hyderabad) to treat the copy of the writ petition as a representation and to consider the same in accordance with law upon hearing the petitioner and passing a speaking order. If the representation is considered, necessary action shall be taken in accordance with law. This shall be done within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of a certified copy of this order. Accordingly, a copy of the writ petition shall be forwarded to the 2nd respondent by the learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj and Rural Development.
With the above observations, this petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition are closed.
