After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, we think that this Court cannot pass any order at the first instance except directing the 1st respondent - District Collector, Mahabubnagar, to consider the representation, dated 11.02.2013, filed by the petitioner and other villagers. After consideration, if any action is required to be taken, he shall take such action in accordance with law. This exercise shall be completed within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With the above direction, the Public Interest Litigation is disposed of. No costs.
