Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition has been filed with a limited prayer that the Rent Tribunal, Bhilwara may be directed to decide the Rent Case No.22/2018 titled as ‘Shri Ramniwas Dham Trust Vs. Puneet & Anr.’ in an expeditious manner.

While taking into consideration the provisions of Section 15(5) of the Rajasthan Rent Control Act, 2001, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the Rent Control Tribunal, Bhilwara to decide
