The instant misc. application has been filed seeking correction/modification in the order dated 20.02.2024 passed by

this Court in SBCWP No.2461/2024 whereby the direction was given to the petitioner to file detailed representation before the respondent No.5-The Mining Engineer, Mines Department, Udaipur Zone, Udaipur instead of respondent No.2-The Joint Secretary (Mines). It is, thus, prayed that rectification of the aforesaid error is essential.

For the reasons mentioned in the application and in the interest of justice, the same is allowed. The petitioner instead of filing detailed representation before the respondent No.5-The Mining Engineer, Mines Department, Udaipur Zone, Udaipur, shall file representation before the respondent No.2-The Joint Secretary (Mines), who is directed to decide the representation of the petitioner within a period of two months from today by way of passing a speaking order strictly in accordance with law.

The instant misc. application is allowed and the order dated 20.02.2024 is modified accordingly.

This order shall be read as part and parcel of the order dated 20.02.2024.
