Learned counsel for the petitioner makes a limited prayer that the petitioner may be directed to submit a representation before the respondents to consider the same in light of their own order dated 31.12.2021 (Annexure-6) and further respondent No.2 may be directed to decide the representation within a particular time frame.

In view of the submission made above, this Court, deems it appropriate to grant liberty to the petitioner to submit a representation before the respondent No.2-Superintending Engineer, Water Resources, Circle Jodhpur within a period of one week from today and the respondent No.2 is directed to decide the representation of the petitioner within a period of 30 days by way of passing a speaking order strictly in accordance with law.
