Learned counsel Mr. Mohan Lal appearing on behalf of learned AAG Mr. B.L. Bhati places before this Court the office order dated 28.02.2024 by which the Medical Board was constituted by the Superintendent, Umaid Hospital, Jodhpur in compliance of the order dated 27.02.2024 passed by this Court. The Sonography of the petitioner has been conducted by the concerned Doctor on 28.02.2024 and it has been opined that the gestation age of the fetus is 15 weeks 2 days. The Medical Board has further opined

that pregnancy can be terminated with intrinsic risk of teen age pregnancy.

The said office order dated 28.02.2024 along with the opinion of the Medical Board dated 28.02.2024 and the Sonography Report are taken on record.

Thus, as the Medical Board has opined that pregnancy can be terminated and the learned AAG assures this Court that the same shall be conducted with due diligence, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Medical Authority to conduct the Medical Termination of Pregnancy cautiously at the earliest.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
