The interlocutory order dated 11.05.2015 passed by learned Single Judge is assailed in this letters patent appeal. Vide that order, the appellant has merely been directed to make a fixed deposit of Rs.50.00 lacs in the name of the Registrar of this Court in any nationalized bank.
In our considered view, the interim direction duly protests the interest of both the parties and calls for no interference.
Dismissed.
