(1) On being informed that learned senior counsel for the petitioner has unfortunately died and that the instructing counsel is not in regular practice, this Court vide order dated 10.03.2015 directed to issue notice to the petitioner for 25.05.2015.
(2) Office has reported that since the petitioner has refused to accept the summon, a copy of same has been affixed on the door of the petitioner’s house. Thus the service is complete.
(3) No one has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner today.
(4) It appears that the petitioner is no longer interested to pursue this case.
(5) Dismissed for non-prosecution.
