Case has been listed in motion hearing as LRs of respondent Daulat Ram have not been served till now. Learned counsel for the petitioner has, however, informed the court that revision petition has been rendered infructuous as tenant has already vacated the premises.
In view of above, main case has been taken up for hearing. As no cause of action survives therein, same is dismissed as having been
rendered infructuous.
