Learned senior counsel for the respondent, at the outset, submits that during the proceedings before the appellate authority mesne profits may be limited to Rs.25,000/-. However, direction may be given to the authority to expedite the hearing of the appeal.
In view of the above, this revision petition is disposed of with the observation that mesne profit shall not be in excess of Rs.25,000/- per month, which may be deposited by 10th of every month. Appellate authority may endeavour to expedite the proceedingss already pending.
