Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that in view of the facts stated in the reply filed by way of affidavit of Kamal Kumar, Director, Public Instruction (Secondary Education), Punjab, dated 29.11.2012, whereby the directions issued by this Court on 12.01.2012 in CWP No.15368 of 2010 have been complied with by passing the order dated 21.11.2012, he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioners to avail of their appropriate remedy against the same.
