The present contempt petition was filed alleging violation of the directions issued by this court in CR No. 6800 of 2012 on 5.12.2012, whereby the respondent was granted six months' time to vacate the premises in dispute and pay the rent regularly.
After the notice was issued in the present contempt petition which was filed by the petitioner claiming that the rent due is not being paid regularly, the vacant possession of the premises has been handed over to the petitioner.
Considering the aforesaid development, the present petition is
disposed of.
