It is specifically mentioned therein that the entire amount due to the petitioners on account of revision of pay scales has been credited in the bank accounts of the petitioners on 9.1.2013. For noncompliance of the order, unconditional apology has been tendered.
Considering the aforesaid facts and accepting the apology tendered, the proceedings against the respondents are closed.
