Along with the affidavits, Annexure R-3, a receipt issued by the petitioner for a sum of ` 5,76,051/- in full and final settlement of the claim on account of construction work done at Guru Nanak Stadium, Amritsar and Shaheed Dalbir Singh Ranike, ITI Stadium, Amritsar, has been annexed.
Considering the aforesaid development, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition. The same is disposed of.
