The prayer inter alia made in this petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is for quashing of the impugned e-Tender Notice dated 16.12.2011 (Annexure P-2). Besides, prayer has also been made for issuing a writ of prohibition restraining he respondents from finalizing/confirming the tenders opened on 21.12.2011 and a writ of mandamus is also sought for directing respondent No.3 to permit the petitioner to execute these works as the same were allotted to
him.
