This petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for directing respondent No.1 to 3 for providing adequate security and protection to the life and liberty of the petitioners from the hands of respondent Nos.4 to 7 and further not to harass and interfere in the peaceful married life of the petitioners.
Status report has been filed on behalf of State, as per which respondent Nos.4 and 5 get their statements recorded before the police to the effect that they have no objection to the marriage of the petitioners and they have no intention to interfere in their matrimonial life.
In view of status report, no further orders are required to be passed in this criminal miscellaneous petition.
In case the petitioners need any protection, they can approach before the authorities as per the instructions dated 21.2.2011 issued by the Home Department, Haryana.
The criminal miscellaneous petition is disposed of accordingly.
