This is a petition for anticipatory bail filed in case bearing FIR No.176 dated 23.03.2011, under Sections 420/467/468/471 IPC registered at Police Station City Jind.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that matter has now been settled. Learned DAG, on instructions from Taqdeer Singh, has accepted this fact since the complainant has filed an affidavit in this regard before the investigating officer.
In the circumstances, in the event of arrest of the petitioner he is ordered to be released on bail to the satisfaction of SHO/Investigating Officer, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
Petition stands disposed of.
