This petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case F.I.R. No.133 dated 11.07.2010 registered under Sections 302, 34 and 120-B IPC IPC at Police Station Lakhan Majra, District Rohtak, Haryana.
Learned Deputy Advocate General has argued that out of 19 witnesses 17 have already been examined and the matter is now fixed for 09.06.2011 and he undertakes to conclude the prosecution evidence on that date.
Since the matter is coming to an end, I do not deem it appropriate to pass any order in this petition.
Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
