This petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case F.I.R. No.32 dated 26.01.2011 registered under Sections 363, 366-A, 376 IPC at Police Station Sarai Khawaja, Faridabad.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has argued that the petitioner has now been in custody for almost 5 months. He has further stated that the next date fixed for the trial is 26.07.2011.
On instructions from ASI Brahm Parkash learned Assistant Advocate General has accepted this factual assertion.
In the circumstances, I deem it appropriate to grant regular bail to the petitioner to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
Ordered accordingly.
