This petition has been filed under Section 482 read with Section 320 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing of FIR No.2 dated 1.1.2005 under Sections 279/ 427/ 304-A of the Indian Penal Code, Police Station Sarabha Nagar, District Ludhiana (Annexure P-1) on the basis of compromise.
Learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition to enable the petitioner to take up the benefit of compromise effected between the parties before the Appellate Court.
