Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.118 dated 16.3.2010, under Sections 323/406/506/420/120-B/34 of Indian Penal Code, Police Station Indri, District Karnal.
At the time of issuance of notice of motion on 3.8.2010, the following order was passed by this Court :-
"Notice of motion for 8.9.2010.
In the meantime, in the event of arrest, the
petitioner be admitted to interim bail subject to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer. He shall abide by the provisions of Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.”

Learned State Counsel, who is assisted by SI Didar Singh, has submitted that in terms of the above order the petitioner has joined investigation.
Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the interim bail granted by this Court on 3.8.2010 is made absolute.
The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
