Petitioners have filed this petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.110 dated 23.8.2009, under Sections 148,149,323,324,379,427,452,307,506 and 120-B of Indian Penal Code, Police Station Mullana, District Ambala.
At the time of issuance of notice of motion on 10.5.2010, the
following order was passed by this Court :-
"Notice of motion for 22.7.2010.
In the meantime, in the event of arrest, the
petitioners be admitted to interim bail subject to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer. They shall abide by the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) of

the Code of Criminal Procedure.
List along with CRM-M No.13100 of 2010”
Learned State counsel, who is assisted by ASI Mahal Singh and the learned counsel for the complainant, has submitted that in terms of the order passed by this Court petitioners have joined the investigation.
Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the interim bail granted by this Court vide order dated 10.5.2010 is made absolute.
The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
