Petitioners have filed this petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.110 dated 23.8.2009, under Sections 148,149,323,324,379,427,452,307,506 and 120-B of Indian Penal Code, Police Station Mullana, District Ambala.

Vide order dated 6.5.2010 the petitioners were ordered to be admitted to interim bail and were directed to join investigation.

Learned State counsel, who is assisted by ASI Mahal Singh and the learned counsel for the complainant, has submitted that in terms of the

order passed by this Court petitioners have joined the investigation.

Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the

case, the interim bail granted by this Court vide order dated 6.5.2010 to the petitioners No.1 to 4 and 7 to 10 is made absolute.

The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
