Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Gurmeet Singh, has stated at the Bar that the petitioner has joined the investigation and challan has been presented.
Learned Additional Sessions Judge has held that case of Vikas Sharma and Harvinder Singh is similar to that of petitioner and both of them are stated to have been granted the concession of bail.
So, the order dated 10.7.2009, passed by this Court is made
absolute.
