By this common order, I intend to dispose of CRM No. M- 16227 of 2009, titled Ravinder v. State of Haryana and CRM No. M-17077 of 2009, titled Naresh @ Bachi v. State of Haryana as both arise from the same FIR.
As per allegations of the prosecution, petitioners accompanied alongwith the main accused Sunil @ Jhudi, who fired from the gun. Similar situated accused Ajay Kumar has been allowed concession of bail vide CRM No. M-10135 of 2009, vide order dated 20.5.20`09.
No other specific role has been attributed to the petitioners.
So, without commenting on the merits of the case, bail to the satisfaction of trial Court.
