Petitioner- Bharat Singh has moved an application for grant of regular bail in case FIR No. 274 dated 27.11.2007, under Sections 498-A, 406, 304-B, 34 IPC, P. S. Khol( Rewari).
Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Shri Bhagwan has stated at bar that all the prosecution witnesses have been examined before the trial Court and now the case is fixed for statement of accused.
Since, trial before the trial Court is at the fag end and, therefore, no ground for grant of bail, at this stage, is made out. Therefore, the petition stands dismissed.
