Petitioner- Harmeet Kaur has moved an application for grant of regular bail in case FIR No. 126 dated 9.9.2006 , under Section 420 IPC, P. S, Qadian, District Gurdaspur.
As per allegations of the prosecution, complainant was cheated by Harmeet Ksaur, Tarsem Lal and Singara Singh to the tune of Rs.4,00,000/- for sending him abroad. It is further mentioned in the FIR itself that the petitioner is residing with her father i.e Shingara Singh. Shingara Singh has been allowed concession of bail by Sessions Judge, Gurdaspur. Petitioner is a lady and is in custody since 5.2.2009 i.e more than 5 months.
So, without commenting on the merits of the case, bail to the satisfaction of trial Court.
