Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. but in course of investigation the police arrested the petitioner and got recorded his confessional statement showing the involvement in the present case and recovered one Silver Anklet (Pial) and one mobile set, in which, the SIM in the name of the wife of the petitioner was being used. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Barhmpur P.S. Case No. 299 of 2013. Out of two sureties one surety must be the parents or close relative of the petitioner.
