The petitioner is accused in connection with Chainpur P.S. Case No. 182 of 2013 registered under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that in course of checking, coaccused, Dharmendra Kumar and Chhangur Singh were apprehended by the police, who were moving on the motorcycle and disclosed that the said motorcycle was purchased from this petitioner, thereafter informant raided at the house of the petitioner and from the Varamdah situated in front of the house of the petitioner one motorcycle is said to be recovered and at that time the petitioner was also present in side his house. of the house of this petitioner which would appear from the seizure list. It is further submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 03.12.2013.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with
