The accusation is that petitioner was apprehended by the Police and on search, one loaded country-made pistol was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 05.07.2013. Under the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of J.M., Ist Class, Munger in connection with G.R. No. 1256 of 2013 arising out of Bariyarpur P.S. Case No. 67 of 2013.
