Petitioner is accused in connection with Complaint Case No. 3616C of 2012 registered under Section 498(A) of the I.P.C. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that in fact, the petitioner divorced to the complainant, due to that reason this false case has been lodged by the complainant, wife of the petitioner. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 30.12.2013. Under the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Araria in connection with Complaint Case No. 3616C of 2012.
