Case No. 187 of 2013 registered under Sections 420/34 of the I.P.C. and 47(A) of the Excise Act.
In course of checking of Maruti Car by the Police, petitioner and one Vishal Kumar Singh were found sitting and on search, 1225 pouches each containing 200 ml. countrymade liquor were recovered.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 31.12.2013.
Under the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond
