Case No. 62 of 2014 registered under Sections 420/467/474/120(B) of the I.P.C. and sections 8, 9, 10 Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.
The accusation is that in course of raid, petitioner was found sitting in front of Collectariate Gate and on search, seven arms license renewal forms, affidavit forms, blank driving license forms, voter identity cards etc., were recovered from his possession.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that in fact, petitioner is a registered Advocate’s Clerk, due to that reason, forms of arms license, affidavit forms etc. were found in the possession of the petitioner. It is also

submitted that seven persons had come to the petitioner for renewal of their license and others also came for the purpose of making the license. It is further submission that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 20.01.2014.
Under the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Spl. Judge, Vigilance (North Bihar), Muzaffarpur in connection with Town (Hazipur) P.S. Case No. 62 of 2014 (Spl. 12/14).
