Case No. 153 of 2013 registered under Sections 302 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that Sanjay Mistri, brother of informant, accompanied the petitioner and four others on a Tempo. The informant received information that the tempo has met with an accident. The informant rushed but has not found his brother. Subsequently, the dead body of Sanjay Mistri was found. The informant raised suspicion against the petitioner and others to kill his brother.

suspicion as deceased had gone with the petitioner and others. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that similarly situated co-accused, Birbal Yadav, who is said to be accompanied with the deceased, has already been granted privilege of bail by this Court vide order dated 31.03.2014 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 3119 of 2014. It is further submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 30.09.2013.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad, in connection with Karpi P.S. Case No. 153 of 2013.
