Petitioner is accused in connection with Pipra P.S. Case NO. 202 of 2013 registered under Sections 328, 307, 395, 397 and 27 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R., rather his name has been disclosed by Ripu Srivastava, who detailed about loot of the truck saying that the petitioner was present at the time of unloading of the truck. Except that, there is nothing against the petitioner. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 25.09.2013.
Under the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond
